2. Events

LFAC reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any event due to circumstances beyond its control. LFAC is not responsible for costs incurred by participants, volunteers, or sponsors related to such changes.

3. Sponsorships & Donations

All sponsorship payments and donations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Sponsorship benefits may vary by event and availability.

4. Volunteer Participation

Volunteering may involve physical activity and inherent risks. Volunteers agree to follow all event rules and safety guidelines. Volunteers under 18 require parent or guardian consent prior to participation.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, trademarks, logos, and materials are the property of LFAC unless otherwise stated. Sponsors grant LFAC permission to use sponsor names and logos for promotional purposes related to LFAC events.

6. Photo & Media Release

By participating in LFAC events, individuals grant LFAC permission to use photographs, video, or other media for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

LFAC shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claims arising from participation in LFAC events, sponsorships, or volunteer activities, except in cases of gross negligence.

8. Indemnification

Participants, sponsors, and volunteers agree to indemnify and hold harmless LFAC, its officers, directors, volunteers, and partners from any claims arising from their participation in LFAC activities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the event takes place.
